Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care and provide teaching using the nursing process. The RN will guide other nursing staff while upholding organizational standards and procedures.

This role requires graduation from an accredited college/university and active Ohio RN licensure with BLS. Experience is preferred and duties include night shifts, weekend rotation, and collaboration with a faith-based healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skill in nursing theory and practice of the nursing process.
• Nurses assigned to a specialty unit will be required to meet the criteria established for that unit.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care and teaching through the nursing process.
• Directs and guides the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards and policies.
