Mercy South in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery on the Night Shift to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will evaluate patient conditions, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate families while maintaining documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• BLS certification required or may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes.
