Job summary
Mercy South is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Labor & Delivery team on the night shift. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
- BLS certification, obtainable within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
