This role involves assisting patients in obtaining appropriate care at the right time, providing advanced clinical telephone support, and limited in-clinic support. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare providers, managing electronic prescriptions, and performing nursing follow-up activities. Support also includes assisting physicians with message management within the EMR system and providing limited outpatient care.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
RN-Registered Nurse in California (must acquire prior to start if not already licensed)
RN-Registered Nurse in State of Residence
At least 2 years of practical nursing in hospital, clinic, urgent care, or emergency settings, including OB/GYN experience.
Knowledge of clinical nursing protocols, regulations, disease processes, emergencies, pharmacology, and medical terminology. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer skills, including EMR systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities. Recognize and respond to unsafe or emergency situations. Maintain patient confidentiality.
Starting at $35.59/hour, with a range up to $46.61/hour depending on experience and location.
40 hours/week, varied shifts, full-time, with 8/10 blended hours, variable days, rotating weekends.
