Part-Time Schedule:
- Work a minimum of 2 shifts weekly, 4:30a-11a CST (weekday flex shifts)
- Work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 7:30a-4p CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses
- Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED, critical care, or surgical services.
- Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Receive three weeks of remote paid training, schedule varies based on availability.

- You may pick up additional shifts for trained clients.
- We provide a laptop and headset.
- You need your own high-speed internet.
- A quiet, private workspace is required.
- You will use EMRs and internal applications for documentation.
- You must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident with technology.
- 30 minutes of paid shift prep is required before calls.
- Remaining charting at shift end may take 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Requirements
- MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (pending or future implementation states are excluded until active).
- Maintain an active license in your home state; we cover costs for non-compact licensure if needed.
- Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care strongly preferred.
- Comfort with multiple technology applications and fast typing skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Reside in the U.S. and are legally eligible to work.
- Complete three weeks of remote paid training (day/evening schedules).
- Available every other Saturday & Sunday; some holidays.
- Capable of handling stress and multitasking during calls (5+ per hour on weekdays, up to 8 on weekends).
- Empathic communication skills and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain CEUs as required by your state.
- Attend in-services and additional training as needed.
- Pass background and licensing checks.
Benefits
Starting pay is $23/hour once trained, with opportunities for increases. Nurses receive shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts, accrue PTO, and are eligible for 401(k) and health benefits.
