Part-Time Schedule
- Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly, 3:30p-12a CST (shift times are set, weekday flexes)
- Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, 7:30a-4p CST

We are rapidly growing and support our clients’ nursing staff by managing after-hours care delivery, becoming an extension of their care team.
Our hospice triage nurses:
- Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments like ED, critical care, or surgical services
- Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Receive three weeks of remote paid training (schedule varies based on availability)

- You can pick up additional shifts, if available, for the clients you are trained to support.
- We provide a laptop and headset.
- You must use your own high-speed internet.
- A quiet, private space is required for work.
- You will use EMRs and internal applications for documentation and job functions.
- You must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident with technology.
- A minimum of 30 minutes paid shift prep is required before calls.
- At the end of your shift, you’ll spend 30 minutes to 2 hours completing charting.

Requirements
- MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current until the date)
- Maintain active licensure in your home state; costs covered if needed for client support
- Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
- Experience in fast-paced environments like ED or surgical services
- Comfort with multiple technology applications
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Legally reside and work in the U.S.
- Complete three weeks of remote paid training (days and evenings)
- Be available for every other Saturday and Sunday
- Work some holidays as required
- Handle stress and multitask effectively (5+ calls/hour on weekdays, up to 8 on weekends)
- Communicate empathically and follow protocols
- Maintain CEUs as required
- Attend in-services and additional training as needed
- Pass background and license checks
Benefits
Remote Hospice Triage RNs start at $23/hour with opportunities for increases. Additional shift differentials of $1/hour for overnight and weekends. PTO accrual, 401(k), and insurance options are available for full-time nurses.
