2. MUST live in or work from a Compact US state.
3. Experience with end-of-life care is required.
4. Must have high-speed internet.
5. Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence.

Requirements:

1. Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license; non-compact states supported if licensure is covered.
2. Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred.
3. Comfort with multiple technology applications and fast typing skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
5. Residency in the U.S. and legal eligibility to work.
6. Complete three weeks of remote paid training.
7. Availability for every other Saturday & Sunday and some holidays.
8. Ability to handle stress, multitask, and communicate empathetically.
9. Maintain CEUs as required by state licensing.
10. Pass background and licensing checks.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay is $23/hour, with potential increases. Additional shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and insurance options for full-time staff.
