  • Part-time nurses work 6 days out of a 14-day pay period

Part-Time Schedule
  • Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly 3:30p-12a CST (shift times are set, weekday flexes)
  • Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday 3:30p-12a CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses
  • Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments like ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.
  • Work a minimum of 1 weekday and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Receive three weeks of remote paid training, schedule varies based on availability

If you enjoy fast-paced roles, consider:

  • Picking up additional shifts for trained clients if available
  • We provide a laptop and headset
  • You need your own high-speed internet
  • A quiet, private space is required for work (HIPAA compliant)
  • Access EMRs and internal applications for documentation
  • Follow instructions, read directions, and use technology confidently
  • Allow at least 30 minutes of paid prep time before calls
  • Spend 30 minutes to 2 hours after shifts completing charting

Requirements
  • MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (pending/future implementation dates are not current)
  • Maintain active license in your home state; we cover non-compact licensure if needed
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced environments like ED or surgical services
  • Comfort with multiple technology applications and typing quickly
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Reside in the U.S. and legally eligible to work
  • Complete three weeks of remote paid training (day/evening sessions)
  • Available every other Saturday & Sunday
  • Available for some holidays
  • Handle stress and multitask during calls (5/hr on weekdays, up to 8/hr on weekends)
  • Communicate empathically and follow protocols
  • Maintain CEUs as required by your state
  • Attend in-services and additional training as needed
  • Pass background and licensing checks
Benefits

Starting at $23/hr after training, with opportunities to increase. Additional shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO, 401(k), and insurance options available for full-time nurses.
