Aston Group is seeking a Labor Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff across shifts. The role emphasizes ensuring the right people are in the right place, weekends primarily, with potential weekday coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CNA license, be proficient with Excel/Word, and have experience with scheduling software such as Hosted Time. Knowledge of AHCA regulations and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.
• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing.
• Adjust schedules as needed to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and time off; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
