Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar admission and good standing.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience handling motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Exceptional organizational and case management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

A growing litigation-focused law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join its Employment Law practice. The firm represents employees in a broad range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, leave-related claims, wage and hour matters, and other employment-related litigation.

This position offers meaningful client interaction, substantial case responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on complex and impactful matters.

Key Responsibilities
