Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation team. The position offers hybrid work, direct client contact, and meaningful opportunities for growth.

You will handle labor and employment matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct depositions and negotiations, and represent clients before agencies including the EEOC and PHRC.

Qualifications

• PA Bar and NJ or NY Bar admission required.
• 1–5 years of Labor & Employment experience.
• Strong legal writing and litigation skills.
• 3 days/week onsite; schedule may vary with workload.
