- Provide employment law advice on state and federal matters.
- Prepare and review employment-related documents.
- Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance.
- Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial.
- Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Organize and monitor client files effectively.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law.
- Experience in client advice and counseling preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in managing time and resources independently.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
