- Provide employment law advice under state and federal law
- Prepare and review employment-related documents
- Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance
- Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial
- Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice to clients
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members
- Organize and monitor client files effectively
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law
- Experience with client/employer advice and counseling preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in managing time and resources independently
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Strong advocacy and client interaction skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
