Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
  • Experience defending single-plaintiff employment cases with oversight.
  • Experience in wage and hour class actions and/or collective actions.
  • Mass arbitration experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in administrative hearings and proceedings.
  • Strong academic background with excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
  • Willingness to work with innovative technology platforms.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar is required (or eligibility for prompt admission).
