Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Plano, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant focused on labor cost accounting to join our finance team.

This full-time, in-person role supports the Senior Accountant and drives accurate payroll postings and month-end close details. You’ll work with ADP, Concur Fees, Excel and USRC applications to record payroll, allocate benefits, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare monthly variance reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Entry-level accounting experience.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and post payroll entries (ADP, HSA, 401K, PTO).
• Reconcile daily bank entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed monthly variance reports for management.
• Support payroll allocations and other accounting duties as needed, maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team and promote service standards across the organization.
