Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Generate payroll reports and support payroll processing.
• Perform bank entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and post payroll, HSA, 401K, and PTO entries.
• Assist with month-end close and labor reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis for payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and company information.
• Support ad hoc payroll allocations and related tasks.
• Develop relationships with internal teams to support payroll processes.
