Job summary

Ragle Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and payroll operations. This in‑office role will handle general accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and month‑end close in a fast‑paced environment.

You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, process invoices, and assist with weekly payroll. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of experience; construction cost experience is a plus,

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and customer payments.
• Support billing and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll records.
• Support financial reporting, job cost tracking, and WIP schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
