You'll generate payroll reports from ADP, handle bank entries, postings for payroll, 401k, PTO, and assist with variance analysis and balance reconciliations. The role emphasizes confidentiality with payroll data and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Generate payroll reports from ADP.
• Bank entries and reconciliation.
• Prepare and post payroll entries.
• Prepare and post HSA, 401K, and PTO entries.
• Record allocation of Payroll and Concur Fees.
• Prepare monthly variance reporting.
• Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Research and reconcile payroll variances.
• Assist with miscellaneous payroll allocation requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
• Actively promotes guest customer service standards and builds relationships.
• Participate in team concepts and follow company policies.
