Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee in White Plains, NY. No phlebotomy experience is required as full training is provided. You will support patient care, front desk operations, and clinic workflow while learning venipuncture and clinical support tasks.

The role is full-time (40 hrs/week) with shifts 9:30 am–6:00 pm, rotating to multiple office locations. Competitive benefits and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.
• Experience collaborating in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Support patient intake, scheduling, and daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist providers and the care team with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Learn and use our technology tools (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) to support day-to-day work.
• Maintain clinic space and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
