Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist / Member Support Specialist) in Hanover, NH. You will perform venipuncture, support front desk operations, and assist providers with clerical tasks to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care while maintaining brand standards and collaborating with our care teams across in‑office and virtual platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to navigate multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support as part of the patient care journey.
• Manage front desk tasks including check-in/out, insurance verification and scheduling.
• Support providers and the virtual medical team with clerical duties and documentation.
