Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, operations, or related field; 5+ years of progressive sales experience including 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience developing and implementing account management programs and policies.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, pricing, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of account management programs for the team.
• Drive new business and increase wallet share; manage pricing and surcharges.
• Oversee account management reviews and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide leadership input on strategy and program development for the team.
• Manage budget and resources; monitor performance and reports.
• Resolve escalated account issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
