Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in lab or relocation coordination.
• Health, Safety & Environment guidelines adherence required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain asset information.
• Assist in collection and organization of vendor documentation after field visits.
• Monitor daily progress, identify potential delays, and proactively plan upcoming activities.
• Support vendor coordination by validating equipment or space readiness and available supplies.
• Manage expectations and provide consistent updates.
• Utilize project tools (e.g. SmartSheet, Excel, MS Office) to track tasks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvements through post-vendor visit reviews and lessons learned.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality; ensure PPE and safety guidelines are followed.
