Job summary

Visions Management seeks a Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences, to lead complex laboratory relocation and transition projects across research environments in the Bay Area. You will partner with scientists, lab managers, architects, engineers and vendors to ensure a smooth move, from planning through post-move support while maintaining schedule integrity and client satisfaction.

You will review drawings, coordinate equipment placement and shutdown/restart sequencing, and drive budgets,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in lab relocations or life science facilities.
• BA/BS in life sciences, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent PM credential preferred.
• Experience coordinating with scientists, lab managers, facilities teams, architects and vendors.
• Understand lab equipment and workflows; ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex lab relocation projects from start to finish.
• Develop schedules, budgets and risk plans; manage multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate scientists, lab managers, facilities teams, contractors and vendors.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget with minimal research disruption.
