Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Lifecycle and Relocations Coordinator to own asset onboarding, offboarding, moves, and change management within a regulated lab environment. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate installations, and align site records with physical assets across the estate.

You will collaborate with Life Science Engineers, vendors, and internal teams, maintain schedules, and drive timely handovers, decommissioning, and donations while adhering to safety and GxP standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of asset management or lab operations experience.
• Experience with CMMS or asset registers.
• Proven data accuracy and documentation discipline.
• Experience coordinating instrument moves or decommissioning.
• Familiarity with GxP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding asset lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate asset moves, installations, and requalifications.
• Maintain accurate asset records and reconciliation.
• Ensure safety and decontamination compliance.
• Escorts for vendor personnel and audits.
