Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Lab Project Manager to coordinate client projects from setup to closure. You will ensure accurate setup in LIMS, monitor sample intake, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes meeting client requirements while building foundational management skills. Responsibilities include tracking status, handling routine inquiries, supporting invoicing and documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a laboratory environment.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup in LIMS, ensuring accurate client data and documentation.
• Monitor sample receipt and coordinate with teams for timely intake.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Track project status and communicate updates to internal teams and clients.
• Support project closure activities, including deliverables, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing project status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, professional client experience through responsive service.
