Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in Tustin, CA seeks a Project Manager I to coordinate client projects across all lab operations. You will work with Account Managers, other Project Managers, and the Laboratory Director to ensure client expectations, data quality, and timely reporting are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating set-up, login reviews, client communications, invoicing, and maintaining client data in LIMS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Client Services.
• Minimum BS degree in science with minimum 12 units of chemistry and/or biology coursework.
• Ability to demonstrate ongoing focus on client satisfaction and meeting turnaround times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Review login, communicate analytical issues, and maintain client accounts.
• Prepare reports, invoicing, bottle orders, and client pickups; identify work-sharing facilities.
