Job summary

LabConnect seeks a Manager, Project Initiation to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and liaise between leadership and teams to deliver timely lab services for clinical trials. The role emphasizes process improvement, training, and effective collaboration across departments.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of setup or project management experience in clinical research, with strong communication and organizational skills to support high-quality study delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of setup/project management experience in clinical trials or related field.
• Strong customer service, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical Research/ Central Lab / Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Project Initiation team and ensure efficient workflows.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal departments to meet client study needs and timelines.
• Develop and implement process improvements, training materials, templates, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Supervise Project Initiation staff and assign study protocols to meet quality targets and deadlines.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering knowledge transfer and career growth.
