Job summary

UL Solutions in Rochester Hills and Plymouth, MI is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator with a strong background in scoping, quoting, and scheduling for laboratory testing projects. You will work closely with Sales and Laboratory teams to determine scope, capabilities, and pricing.

Responsibilities include coordinating lab activities, leading basic projects, and communicating project status to customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field; 6 years of related experience.
• Ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, plan and execute.
• Familiar with Automotive Test Programs (Vibration, Thermal Shock, Thermal Aging, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Scope, quote, and schedule activities; coordinate with Sales, Operations and Lab teams.
• Lead basic projects; define scope and coordinate lab activities to meet timelines.
• Support customers and sales with project specifications, costs, and sample requirements.
