The ideal candidate will review requests from Production and Quality, coordinate with lab teams to schedule tests, allocate resources, and maintain thorough records. Compliance with protocols and timely execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a laboratory setting with 1 year in coordination or scheduling.
• Cannabis industry or highly regulated CPG/F&B experience favored.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with LIMS and scheduling software.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review testing requests from Production and Quality.
• Coordinate with lab teams to schedule tests and maintain a master calendar.
• Allocate resources including personnel and equipment efficiently.
• Serve as primary contact between departments and lab teams.
• Maintain records of requests, schedules, and results per policy.
• Monitor progress to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Suggest improvements to scheduling and coordination processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
