Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Lab Supervisor II to guide the technical operations of freestanding emergency/urgent care facilities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate laboratory services, implementing policies, and coordinating between sites to maintain patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technologist experience, CLIA knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to develop and supervise staff, manage budgets, and improve quality plans across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as a technologist with CLIA requirements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience; able to manage staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day technical operations across facilities.
• Ensure timely and accurate laboratory services for diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement, reagent inventory, and cost center budgeting.
• Coordinate travel between labs and sites to cover coverage needs.
• Review and improve Laboratory Quality Plan with leadership.
