Job summary

INDLABPHARM is seeking a Lab Supervisor to coordinate and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, quality control, supply management, and collaboration with clinical teams, nursing, and physicians.

The role requires leadership, problem solving, and strong communication. You will monitor equipment, support budgeting and cost control, and drive continuous process improvements in a safe, compliant work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, physical science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of related laboratory experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow, and supply inventory.
• Ensure testing processes meet CAP/CLIA/JCAHO standards and deliver high-quality results.
• Lead QC and proficiency testing with corrective actions and audits.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Monitor equipment with preventive maintenance and vendor liaison.
• Support budgeting and cost-effective material choices.
