Qualifications

• BS degree in a related discipline is required.
• Experience in laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operational support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material dispensing requests and maintain accurate inventory records of reagents and laboratory materials.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of laboratory materials with proper packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal customers and external vendors.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and shipment of laboratory materials in compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and address urgent operational challenges.
• May support equipment maintenance and freezer management as needed.
