Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operations roles.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense requests and maintain accurate inventory records for reagents and materials.
• Support freezer organization and periodic inventory verification.
• Maintain inventory databases and tracking systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of reagents and materials.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and regulatory compliance for shipments.
• Maintain shipment records and tracking information.
• Prepare shipping documents and assist with permits for shipments of reference standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate clear communication and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory policies for safe handling and shipping of materials.
• Take ownership of tasks and address urgent operational issues.
• Assist with equipment maintenance or freezer management as needed.
