Job summary

WillHire in Ridgefield, CT seeks a motivated Specialist to join the Bioanalysis group in DMPK. You will support dispensing, tracking, storage, and shipment of reagents and materials used in bioanalytical assays for nonclinical and clinical studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to manage multiple inventory and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Required: BS degree in a related discipline.
• Experience working in a laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operational support environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material dispensing requests and maintain accurate inventory records for reagents and materials.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of reagents and laboratory materials, ensuring proper packaging, labeling and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with internal customers and external vendors regarding dispensing requests, shipment status and logistics requirements.
• Perform work in compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and address urgent tasks and operational challenges.
• May be assigned additional responsibilities under the direction of Bioanalysis/DMPK Management.
