Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a BS degree in a related discipline.
• Experience working in a laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operational support environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material dispensing requests and maintain inventory records for reagents, reference standards, matrices, and other laboratory materials; support freezer organization and inventory verification. Maintain inventory databases and tracking systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of reagents, matrices, reference standards, and other laboratory materials; ensure proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and regulatory compliance; maintain shipment records and related databases.
