CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lab Coordinator to support a leading pharmaceutical client in a dynamic laboratory environment on a Monday–Friday day shift.

You will assist with repair, maintenance, and calibration of lab instrumentation and coordinate service activities across the site. You will work with scientists, engineers, and facility professionals, gaining exposure to cutting-edge lab technologies while growing your career within a global facilities and workplace solutions leader.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED plus up to 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills: calculate simple percentages, discounts, markups.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations for required services.
• Review records to meet customer requirements for equipment certificates/tests.
• Perform daily equipment preparation and setup.
• Ensure equipment is available for staff scientists.
• Replenish solvents used with laboratory equipment as needed.
• Gather documentation for inspection and audit purposes.
• Provide training support and backup for review of certificates and test reports.
• Follow established procedures with regular supervision.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and deliver output accordingly.
