CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lab Operations and Facilities Technician to provide hands-on lab and site operations support in San Diego, CA. The role ensures safe, efficient laboratory operations and serves as a liaison between lab users, EHS, RDES, and external service providers.

The position is fully onsite, Monday–Friday, and involves coordinating maintenance, managing inventory, and supporting safety programs and compliance efforts across facilities and labs.

Qualifications

• Related experience in lab and facilities with documentation, compliance, and lab operations support.

Responsabilités

• Maintain laboratory spaces in a clean, organized, and science-ready condition.
• Stock and manage laboratory consumables, including receipt, organization, and replenishment.
• Support chemical inventory management.
• Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
• Provide liaison between lab staff, EHS, Facilities, and other internal departments.
