Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Instrumentation Services Supervisor to lead a calibration team for a regulated pharmaceutical client. You will mentor technicians, drive operational excellence, and ensure instrument systems operate with precision and compliance.

Based on a Monday–Friday day shift, you will coordinate scheduling, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and promote safety and continuous improvement at a world‑class facility.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in technical or facilities teams.
• Experience coordinating calibration schedules and workloads.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders.
• Manage, plan, schedule, and oversee daily workload of the team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods and processes.
• Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
