Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lab Instrument Services, Sr. Coordinator to support a leading pharmaceutical client in a highly regulated laboratory environment.

You will coordinate repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of instruments while ensuring operational readiness and compliance. This role works Monday through Friday day shift as a liaison between laboratory teams, vendors, and service providers, driving efficiency, reliability, and quality across essential scientific

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to review and select solutions without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review certificates and test reports related to GxP pipette or similar instruments.
• Coordinate services for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations.
• Serve as first point of contact for third-party contractors with proper inductions and risk assessments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met based on GxP certificates and test records.
• Prepare equipment for daily use and quality control checks.
• Manage purchase orders before non-contract work begins.
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation review.
• Oversee training for review of certificates and test reports.
