Job summary

The ideal candidate has a engineering background, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and metrology standards in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; two years related experience required.
• Associates in scientific field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with analytical instrument maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of metrology quality systems and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day service solutions for Pharma Services within budget.
• Plans, directs, and schedules activities for defined scope.
• Reviews work for compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Manages contractor performance and supply of spare parts.
• Ensures timely calibration and maintenance procedures.
