Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field with 8–10 years in occupancy planning.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder planning projects with technical validation.
• Experience coordinating with MEP engineers on power and HVAC.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; data-driven storytelling.
• Proficiency in space planning software and CAD tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization dashboards (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Data management and systems integration to create a Master Project Planning Tracker.
• Develop FROM/TO project scenarios and test-fit layouts with equipment needs.
• Coordinate with site occupancies and stakeholders for alignment.
• Validate power loads and structural capacity with MEP engineers.
• Produce executive dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Manage risk and schedule constraints for lab relocations.
