Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Lab Data & Space Auditor to document equipment, layouts and finishes across multiple labs. You will support governance and occupancy planning, update data in CAFM systems, and liaise with Lab Managers for audit approvals while maintaining precise records.

The role requires data collection during site visits, collaboration with Lab Planning, and ensuring updates to drawings and space reports are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or related discipline.
• Experience in design or auditing environments; strong industry terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Capture equipment details, space plans, furniture and finishes; photograph for records.
• Collaborate with Lab Planning to identify governance and quality checks.
• Coordinate approvals with Lab Managers and inform related teams.
• Log activities in trackers and maintain data accuracy for space and occupancy.
• Maintain drawings and CAFM systems; generate space reports regularly.
