Qualifications
- 5+ years in Lab IT or related IT infrastructure roles.
- Experience supporting lab environments in life sciences/pharma.
- Strong Windows, AD, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP skills.
- Experience with LIMS/ELN/CDS or similar lab apps.
- Knowledge of instrument connectivity and lab data systems.
- Experience with incident, change, and asset management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and access control.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for lab systems, instruments, and apps.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot lab IT infra.
- Support LIMS, ELN, LES, CDS, and other lab apps.
- Provide technical support for lab instruments and connectivity.
- Manage Windows servers, AD, networking, and access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Support integration between instruments and enterprise IT systems.
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, patching, backups, and deployments.
- Maintain documentation for lab systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with scientists, vendors, and IT teams.
- Support GxP-regulated environments and validation procedures.
- Participate in validation, change control, incident management, and audits.
