Job summary

Stanley David and Associates seeks an experienced IT Lab Support Engineer to provide technical support for laboratory systems, instruments, applications, and IT infrastructure within a regulated GxP/GMP environment. Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for laboratory IT systems, applications, workstations, servers, instruments, and related infrastructure.
• Support laboratory environments operating under GxP/GMP regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, workstation, printer, and laboratory instrument connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory computers, applications, and equipment.
• Support integration and connectivity between laboratory instruments and applications such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, MES, and other laboratory systems.
• Assist with installation, configuration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory systems.
• Follow established SOPs, work instructions, change control, incident management, and documentation procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, asset information, and support logs.
• Support CSV (Computer System Validation) and qualification activities as required.
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ, system validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure IT changes are properly documented and implemented in accordance with GxP/GMP procedures.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Lab Support Engineer to provide technical support for laboratory systems, instruments, applications, and IT infrastructure within a highly regulated GxP/GMP environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting laboratory operations in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated environments.

The engineer will work closely with laboratory users, IT teams, vendors, quality teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure laboratory systems remain reliable, compliant, and operational.
