Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to manage day-to-day communications with clients and laboratories, ensuring exceptional service and accurate data handling.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, proficiency in English, and the ability to work full-time Mon–Fri in Atlanta, GA. Salary is $20/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k) and time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience 1-2 years.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email.
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Monitor projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ needing login or client communication.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Update client and project data in LIMS and CRM.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork is essential across departments.
