Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in Massachusetts is seeking a Login/Client Support Specialist to greet clients, vendors and visitors and answer general questions. The role supports a fast-paced laboratory and requires commuting distance to Ayer, MA.

The position is full-time with benefits and pays $20/hour, with hours Monday through Friday 8:30am–4:30pm. Responsibilities include data entry into LIMS, handling walk-in client interactions, sample receipt, and maintaining lab organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Lab experience and environmental industry exposure preferred.
• TALS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Collect samples from on-site drop box.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
• Organize and record samples.
• Data entry into LIMS; TALS experience a plus.
• Maintain department/lab; stock supplies and housekeeping.
• Assist customer services.
• Handle walk-in client interactions.
• Perform all tasks safely and efficiently.
• Process daily mail and small bottle-kit shipments.
• Provide excellent service to walk-in clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
