Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus two years related experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of principles, terminology, practices and instrumentation commonly used in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage time to meet deadlines and rush orders.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs and regulatory requirements to prepare and process samples for analytical testing.
• Prepare standards, solutions, reagents, media, and samples for analyses.
• Operate specialized lab equipment and instrumentation and perform set up as needed.
• Record observations and data accurately and interpret results at a basic level.
• Maintain logs, notebooks, and equipment records; support data entry into LIMS.
• Assist with documentation and, if needed, perform duties of Technical Manager or Study Manager.
• Support Safety and Quality programs and compliance.
