Job summary

Aya Education is seeking a Regional Client Partnership Specialist in the Los Angeles area to lead district partnerships and expand our presence in schools. You will meet with SPED Directors, HR leaders, and principals to ensure districts have access to qualified education professionals.

The role focuses on new business development, account growth, and educating districts on LotusOne, with onsite work most of the week and regional events participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; direct industry experience can be substituted.
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position.
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: generate new business via walk-ins or meetings with district leaders.
• Relationship Building: visit clients 4–5 days per week to deepen partnerships.
• Collaboration: work with Recruitment, AM Leadership, Compliance, and Licensing to support growth.
• Field Intelligence: track district budgets, hiring trends, and competitive activity.
• Events: represent Aya Education at conferences and district engagements.
