IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in the Greater Los Angeles Area. You’ll act as a trusted consultant guiding districts through every stage of implementation and ensuring a clear plan aligned to district goals.

The role emphasizes delivering professional development, building relationships with district and school leaders, and using data to shape next steps, with remote work available

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Must have district/school administrator experience OR extensive PD to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and plan effectively.
• Exceptional presentation skills delivering to teachers and admins.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and positive.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert supporting large, complex districts.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a professional development plan.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area to deliver professional development and meet with leaders; 40–60% local travel.
• Partner with the Sales team to manage districts piloting IXL and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
