IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

You’ll serve as a trusted consultant, guiding districts through every stage of implementation, delivering professional development, and partnering with district leaders to monitor progress, analyze data, and plan next steps. This role is fully remote for candidates in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to those audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert to support large, complex districts.
• Partner with district leaders in the Greater Los Angeles Area to develop and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area to deliver professional development and provide hands-on support (40%–60% local travel).
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including piloting IXL and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
